This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains which personal data is processed when you visit tengrius.com or write to us, why, and on what legal basis. If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
Data controller
The data controller is Bilgenur Kılıç, operating under the Tengrius brand. You can reach us at info@tengrius.com.
In short
- The site has no forms, no accounts and no cookies. We use no advertising or tracking tools.
- Fonts and libraries are served from our own domain. Loading a page does not send your IP address to Google Fonts, a CDN or any other third party.
- Our downloadable apps (Parental Control, PCCheck) send no data from your device to Tengrius.
Data processed and why
When you visit the site. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver pages, keep the site secure and prevent abuse, the hosting provider's servers keep connection logs, such as IP address, browser details, requested page and time, for a short period.
Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how often each page is visited. It uses no cookies and does not recognise you across sites or days. We only see aggregate numbers.
When you email us. We process your name, email address and anything you include in your message to answer your request, prepare an offer and, where relevant, carry out a contract.
Legal bases
- Processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): correspondence about offers and projects.
- Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): keeping the site secure and running, aggregate visit statistics and answering incoming email.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç): records we are required by law to keep.
Transfers
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. Data is transferred only to our infrastructure providers: Vercel Inc. for hosting and analytics, and our email service provider. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are limited to what is needed to provide these services. We may also share data with authorised public bodies when the law requires it, limited to what they request.
Retention
Connection logs are kept for as long as the hosting provider retains them for security purposes. Correspondence is kept after your request is closed for the period required by applicable law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may contact us to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction where the conditions of KVKK Art. 7 are met, and ask that these actions be notified to recipients,
- object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
